Product and Battery Safety
6.1 When using products purchased from Ecigwarehouse.com you must ensure you read the instructions carefully and only use the products as directed.
6.2 Electronic Cigarette Devices (Starter Kits, Vape Kits, Advanced Kits, Sub Ohm Devices, POD Kits, MTL Devices etc) should be regularly cleaned and maintained in order to avoid damaging the device.
6.3 Ecigswarehouse hold zero liability for accidents or injury caused by improper use of any products purchased through our website. This includes (but is not limited to) improper use or storage of batteries/devices, modification of devices, creating or mixing E-Liquids purchased from our website or using any products in any way other than specified by the product's usage guide.
6.4 Keep all Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid out of the reach and sight of children and pets at all times.
6.5 Electronic cigarettes should only be used by smokers. We recommend that non-smokers do not use our product due to the addictive nature of nicotine. We also advise that electronic cigarettes should NOT be used; during pregnancy, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, any other underlying medical conditions or you are taking medication for asthma or depression. If in doubt contact your doctor for advice.
6.6 Nicotine is a toxic substance. Toxic if swallowed. Very toxic in contact with the skin. Keep locked up and out of the reach of children. In case of accident or you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.

6.9 Important information regarding Battery Safety. When using devices with removable batteries, extra precautions must be taken to ensure safe use.

6.9.2 Removable batteries must be stored in a secure container (for example, in separate silicone sleeves) to avoid making a short circuit which can lead to risk of fire.
6.9.3 Lithium ion batteries have an approximate lifespan of 3 to 6 months and should be replaced in this time period.
6.9.4 Do not use a damaged battery. Corrosion, dents, bends, leaks, scratches, ripped plastic outer cover are all signs that a battery should no longer be used.
