Here at The Ecigswarehouse, we want to make your experience as easy as can be, so we have a number of postage options designed to suit your needs. All orders placed BEFORE 2pm are guaranteed to be in the post on that same day (This is from Monday-Friday). Any orders that are placed after 2pm will not be collected until the following working day. All orders placed over any bank holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date and may be subject to delay within the postal system.

Please Note: Any dates specified for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock one of our customer services teams will notify you via phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement or refund to suit you.

This service will take up to 2-3 days after dispatch and is fully trackable from the point of dispatch to receiving your package.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/ or text message. Please note that Royal Mail will notify you of the predicted delivery day and estimated timing. By selecting this service, you consent to Ecigswarehouse passing your details to Royal Mail.

ALL orders that are placed before 2 pm between Monday and Friday excluding public and bank holidays will be dispatched the same day and all orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

What happens my item gets lost/ non-delivery?

The post office requires a minimum of 14 days after the date goods were sent before they will investigate items that have gone missing. IF your good has not reached you within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement at our discretion. Please note that if you’re required to collect your package from the Post Office, that it falls under your responsibility. Ecigswarehouse is not able to contact the Sorting Office on your behalf.

All delivery times that have been stated above are estimates only. Ecigswarehouse and Royal Mail do not offer compensation for delayed deliveries nor can we refund any postage charges as results of delay.
